Senior Care in Oklahoma City

We Help Seniors Live Well at Home, Where Most Want to Stay

Senior Care at Home owners Greg Bridges and Melissa Hill inside their Oklahoma City in-home senior care facility

Our Story

Senior Care at Home was established in Edmond, Oklahoma in 2014 by local owners Greg Bridges and Melissa Hill.

After working together for nearly a decade in Medicare’s healthcare quality improvement program in Oklahoma City, Greg and Melissa decided they wanted to create a business that allowed seniors to live well at home, where most wanted to stay. Their experience in consulting with nursing homes, hospitals, home health agencies, physicians, other health professionals and state organizations to measurably improve healthcare quality for elderly patients allowed them to build Senior Care at Home.

Greg and Melissa made a commitment that Senior Care At Home would focus on delivering high-quality service with a personal touch and to prioritize both client and employee satisfaction. To this day, our team works hard, going the extra mile and keeping seniors out of long-term care facilities.

Our Caregiver Matching Process

Inviting someone into your home is a deeply personal decision. That’s why we take our caregiver matching process seriously. Your loved one deserves a family caregiver, someone who consistently shows up and provides compassionate service.

Here’s a peek inside our caregiver matching process:

01

In-Home
Assessment

We begin with a comprehensive conversation and in-home assessment. We take time to understand health needs, daily routines, mobility concerns, cognitive changes, personality, and preferences. Every detail helps us design a care plan tailored specifically to your loved one.

02

Thoughtful Caregiver
Matching

Next, we carefully select a caregiver whose experience, temperament, and skill set align with your family’s unique situation. We consider not only care needs and skills, but also compatibility because trust and comfort matter just as much as credentials.

03

Ongoing Support & Consistency

Once care begins, we prioritize consistent assignments so familiar faces become trusted relationships. Our team stays involved with ongoing communication and supervision to ensure the care plan continues to meet evolving needs.

Our goal is to build a dependable partnership that gives your family confidence and peace of mind.
