Job Description
Senior Care at Home is seeking compassionate, experienced caregivers in the Oklahoma City metro who are passionate about helping seniors live safely and comfortably at home. This is a meaningful opportunity to provide one-on-one support while building trusted relationships with clients and their families.
As a caregiver on our team, you will play an essential role in supporting dignity, independence, and quality of life for older adults in our community.
Job responsibilities include:
- Personal care tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral care
- Cognitive support for persons with dementia
- Light housekeeping
- Meal planning and preparation
- Mobility assistance and transferring
- Companionship and conversation
- Cognitive engagement and meaningful activity
- Physical exercise
- Transportation to medical appointments, run errands, shopping, and stay active
Successful applicants will meet the following minimum requirements:
- 2 years professional caregiving experience with elderly, dementia care experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License, automobile insurance, and your own reliable vehicle
- Clean criminal background, including driving record
- Open availability with a flexible schedule strongly preferred
